RACE DAY Mix 1 x Hydration Sachet with 500ml of water. Drink half a bottle with your breakfast, and the other half 30 minutes before the marathon. Mix another 1 x Hydration Sachet with 500ml of water. Drink during race. Take 1 x Energy Gel on the start line of your marathon.
