Tenryu Japan has been producing rods in their own factory based in the prefecture of Nagano for nearly 60 years. During this time the materials have changed from Bamboo to glass fibre and then onto high grade Japanese graphite. They have developed many different techniques over time even incorporating Japanese traditional textiles to add strength and visual appeal to some of the rods. All rods are made from scratch in the Tenryu factory from cutting, glueing and rolling the blanks right up to final assembly. The Jig Zam Version III Jigging Game rods are part of the jigging range that Tenryu are famous for in Japan. The specs of the rods are as follows:
