This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminum Frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.
To extend the life of your custom fence banners, clean them with a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then rinse and air dry. Store them rolled in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid folding to prevent creases and inspect regularly for damage, making repairs as needed.

- Resolution: 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size
- File Size: For uploading via the website, please ensure that the file size remains below 50 MB. If the file size exceeds 50 MB, kindly utilize file-sharing systems such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc to upload the file and share the URL with us.
